The bottom half of the house is yours including a queen size bed with attached bath, full entertainment system, and a fireplace! This space is unique in that you are not just getting a bedroom, but nearly 800 square feet of living space! Curl up with a good book by the fireplace to relax or become engrossed in entertainment with the 100 inch screen and 5.1 surround. Guests have full unrestricted access to the expansive bottom half of the house. You're welcome to use our washer and dryer or come on up and display your culinary prowess in the kitchen. We will interact with our guests as much or as little as they like. If at any time you need help, have questions, or are just looking for dinner suggestions, we are just a quick call away. Our neighborhood is a lovely stretch on Country Club Place that at one point was home to the Wichita Country Club - now MacDonald golf course. The homes are from the early 1900's and all have character to spare.
