Description
An 18th-century villa overlooking the bay of Conca dei Marini, restored using the original materials: Vietri terracotta floors, handcrafted majolica tiles, and period family furniture. An authentic retreat on the Amalfi Coast, designed for those seeking beauty, tranquility, and sea views without sacrificing modern comfort. The space Your elegant and contemporary retreat on the Amalfi Coast, renovated with an approach that blends contemporary comfort with the purely vernacular tradition of the Amalfi Coast. With its balconies directly overlooking the sea-view terrace, the expressly designed Vietri terracotta floors, its bedrooms furnished with period furniture from our family, you only have to think about resting and enjoying a magnificent place. The panoramic garden has a pergola covered with a white rose, which blooms in April with a very special scent and offers cool and relaxing spring and summer afternoons and evenings. The first-floor terrace, with an incomparable view, has an outdoor shower, while the kitchen, finished with handmade Vietri majolica, is perfectly equipped. A few steps from the street, where you can park (the parking fee is being updated by the Municipal Police). The villa has a garden and a panoramic terrace with an outdoor shower, a living room, three bedrooms (two with an ensuite bathroom), a living room, a kitchen, and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can also be combined to form a third double bed. The mattresses have latex toppers and are equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa: all the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the two terraces, and the private garden. No shared spaces with other guests or with the host. Other things to note The Amalfi Coast is a wonderful area, but there are a few things you should know before you arrive: — The streets are narrow and scenic: we recommend a small car. — The villa can be reached on foot from the parking area via a few steps: not suitable for guests with severe mobility difficulties. — During the high season (July–August), the villages are very busy: planning hikes for the early morning hours offers a completely different experience. We’re happy to share our favorite spots: off-the-beaten-track restaurants, coves accessible only by sea, and the Amalfi Coast’s most spectacular sunsets. Registration Details IT065044B4EQ3WMYHW
