Renovated couples house w/ 50 km unobstructed view

If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise. The space The house was built around 1850 and the living area is around 60 m2. There is an original 60ies Van Teeffelen dinner table and living area with a comfortable couch and fauteuil. It has a new & modern kitchen: Nespresso, traditional espresso maker, milk frother, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, it's all there. You will with everything you need for a great dinner, including spices, oil, vinigar, etc. There are two bedrooms, both with a double king size bed. One of the bedrooms has the view and is a bit smaller, the bigger one has the west-view and a desk. Behind the house you'll find the 1.500 m2 garden with a very nice patio, a place to hang the hammock (yes, you can use ours). Perfect spot for breakfast in the sun and the BBQ is there too. Of course the internet works fine outside, so if you want to have a few Teams/Zoom calls in the afternoon that will all work. You can have your Sancerre or Chablis wine in the evening sun in the front of the house. Guest access You have the house and garden all to yourself. You can park the car in the front, there is plenty of space. We also own the house next door, but that has it's own garden and car parking, so you really have your own private space.
