You have full access to the apartment and do not share this space. You also have access to the boiler room with front loading washer and dryer. The boiler room is semi private and is only shared with building maintenance. You have private use to the 200 ft.² south facing deck in front of the boiler room off the apartment entrance. In the winter you have a private offstreet parking spot in front of the south entrance off Mantz. Private concrete parking pad off the west entrance is included and accessible May to November. Large outdoor wet/dry cedar sauna is shared with the three units on the property. Private access to Weber grill and picnic table on the south deck is open May through November! Other things to note Rico is a high mountain town. We are located 8827 feet above sea level. In the winter snow storms move in quickly. 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle is necessary when visiting during the winter months. All midterm bookings will require a lease to be signed before check-in.
