The Little Paddle is a 1940’s tropical beach home just moments away from the beach, boardwalk, lake, and state park! This cozy coastal design and creative space is conveniently located in the heart of Carolina Beach and only 2 blocks from the beach and lake. A 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk is lots of great restaurants, shops, rentals, amusement rides, bars, coffee, ice-cream, donuts, an arcade & more! Enjoy a hike through the state park, a visit to the aquarium, or a summer movie by the lake! The space Newly renovated lower unit of duplex. Private 1 Bed/1Bath. Please note that other guests may be occupying completely separate unit upstairs with different outside entrance during your stay. We ask all guests to respect our 10PM-8AM quiet hours. Due to the age of our home (1940's) you may hear occasional guest's footsteps from above. Appliances: full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee, and tea. Bed linens and 2 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels. WiFi available throughout the home and Smart TV's in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+, Netflix & Hulu provided). Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is about 3ft tall. Outdoor spaces: an airy front porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. New spacious back deck and outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run free in our large backyard. Parking - Only 1 free space available: located directly in front of the garage. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yard. Guest Access - Private access to entire 1st level (1 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom is small and contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that guests can use during the summer months. Entry through front door with smart keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Have a larger group and need more space? Stay close and reserve the top unit of this duplex! Each unit has its own private and completely separate outside entrance.
