Płyniewoda cottages is a place created for people who value minimalism and a beautifully designed space. Functional interiors and panoramic windows create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Each of the 5 houses combines comfort with its original design: a living room with a fireplace and a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 loft bedrooms. They all have air conditioning and comfortable amenities. From 05/06/2026 Guests will be able to use the heated SWIMMING POOL, and the sea is just a short walk away. The space HOUSES Each of the 5 houses (60 m²) is a combination of convenience, comfort and original design. • Ground floor: open living area with a seating area, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and fireplace. A 5-meter panoramic window leads to a large wooden terrace – ideal for morning coffee from the coffee machine. • 1st floor: 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and a place to work, the other with two single beds (not possible to connect). In the living room, there is an additional sofa bed for 2 people. The houses are designed for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 guests. COMFORT AND AMENITIES • air conditioning with heating and cooling function (living room + bedrooms), • heated floor in the bathroom, • fully equipped kitchen: oven with microwave function, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, set of dishes and pots, • towels, hair dryer, soap, • TV, bookcase with books, board games, • free parking space NEIGHBORHOOD Dziwnów is a charming town located between the sea, the lagoon and the lake. In summer, it is full of life – cafes and restaurants are open, and the city offers many attractions. In autumn and winter, it turns into an almost deserted island – perfect for rest and slow life. It is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts: kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing or fishing. There is a marina and two yacht harbors nearby. WHY IS IT WORTH IT? We have a W-Fi, but its signal is poor. It will be best for you to work from your own LTE network. 5. We sort waste - very important 6. The fireplace can ONLY be used during the heating season - an additional basket of wood on request a fee of 40 zł 7. During the New Year's Eve period, we charge a refundable deposit of PLN 1000 8.
