"Casetta Nonna Carla" Beach Apartment

Our accommodation is located right on the beach, for a dream vacation for the whole family. It consists of a small living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and an elevated area with two single beds and a bathroom. The apartment is a short walk from the center and the main services, surrounded by restaurants, bars and rotisseries. The house offers deckchairs, a parasol, and a table for eating on the beach. Air conditioning from summer 2025. The space The apartment "Casetta Nonna Carla" is a charming apartment with all the necessary amenities for a vacation. The very bright kitchen space is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, utensils and accessories. In the open space that brings together the kitchen and the living room there is a television and a double sofa bed, which can be used by our guests. The accommodation opens directly onto a small tiled space on the beach but also has a convenient entrance along the road. There is no private parking, but the street offers free parking. Guest access The apartment is on the waterfront and has direct access to the beach. Other things to note The house does NOT include bathroom linen and part of the bed linen, in particular the pillowcases and sheets. To meet the needs of our guests, pillowcases and sheets can be rented at the following prices: - pillowcases + single bed sheets + towels (1 large, 2 small): €20 - pillowcases + large bed sheets + towels (2 large, 4 small): €25 Linen rental should be requested at least 10-7 days before arrival, so that we can make sure you find everything in the house. FOR THE SUMMER SEASON The beach that you see in the photos between the house and the bathroom (about 5 meters) is not private but it has never happened that people other than those who rent the apartment stopped there: a few meters away there is a free beach, where people prefer to go.
