It can fit 6 guests in total. All amenities are available such as clean linens, towels (including beach towels), beach parasol, Nespresso Machine, Cable TV with HBO and Amazon Video, access to Netflix. The large eat in kitchen is well equipped with top of the range SMEG appliances such as double fridge/ freezer, steam oven, microwave/grill, washer dryer & dishwasher. Other social spaces include the living areas in both the lounge & balcony together with another dining area. You can certainly spread your wings in this apartment with a total space of 150 sqmetres/ 1615 sqft The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bed is 180cmx200cm. There is also a television set mounted on the wall with cable channels. A huge dressing area leads on to the terrace. Another bedroom has twin beds and a desk in case the kids need to study whilst on holiday...how boring!!! The 3rd bedroom has a large bed (180x200) and a desk which is vital these days for anybody working from home. WIFI speeds are fast at 500 mbps. The terrace is the WOW factor of the apartment. Soak in the sun, chill out on the sofas and play cards, sip on some lovely Portuguese wine or simply do a spot of people watching. This space is amazing with different little nooks spread across the entire apartment. Access to the terrace is from each and every room in the apartment, Simply Fantastic!!! Guest access A member of out team will greet you personally at the apartment. Other things to note THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITH STAIRS AND NO ELEVATOR. THE STAIRS ARE NOT STEEP. There is no parking within the apartment building. There are some areas of free street parking just outside the building and up the hill.
