Oceanfront Condo with Beautiful Gulf views from the Deck
Description
GULF VILLAGE #313 Have fun with the whole family and friends at this newly renovated(April 2023) 2 BR 2 BA condo. Very nicely decorated giving it the beach life feel to escape your everyday life. There are two pools, one is oceanfront and the other across the street, as well as a fishing pier. There is an elevator and carts to transfer luggage. I have some beach chairs (3-4) and there might be toys on the deck to bring to the beach. The space Welcome to your relaxing coastal getaway! As you enter the condo, the fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located on the left. It includes everything you need for preparing and serving meals, including wine glasses, ample drinkware, pots and pans, a Ninja blender, and a drip coffee maker (please note that coffee supplies are not guaranteed). The dining area comfortably seats six at the table, with two additional bar chairs for extra seating. The first bedroom, located on the right, features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pullout trundle, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. This room also includes a TV. The attached bathroom can be accessed both from the bedroom and the main living area and includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable and internet services in the building were upgraded in February 2026 for improved connectivity. The living room offers a welcoming space to relax, with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair, along with a 55-inch TV with cable. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen mattress, a wall-mounted TV, and a private ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Step outside onto the back deck to enjoy beautiful ocean views and a direct view of the pool. The deck is furnished with a loveseat, glass table, and a Polywood high-top dining set—perfect for relaxing outdoors. You’ll also find plenty of beach chairs available for guest use. We look forward to hosting you for a comfortable and memorable stay by the ocean! Guest access Gulf Village condominiums not only have the beach right outside; they enjoy a private fishing pier on Little Lagoon across the road behind the cottages. The condo is on the third level, with the elevator right around the corner. There are two pools, with one just below the condo. Grills are poolside and parking is underneath the building, with carts to transport your luggage to the condo! Bring only what you need; there is a full size washer/dryer in the extra bathroom. I would also like to add that the elevator is a convenience, there are times it may not function because of our close proximity to the beach and other guests misuse. We have a contract with a repair company and they will come out within 4 hours to repair it within that time frame, if they dont need to order parts, but I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that on rare occasions it does go out. Other things to note The property is 1.3 miles away from The Hangout on West Beach. Wonderful seafood restaurants are nearby, and the Tanger Outlets are a few miles up Highway 59 in Foley. Just a couple of blocks up West Beach Boulevard, there's the Beach House Kitchen for dining out as well as S&S Seafood, which will fry, blacken, or steam seafood for you to bring back to the condo. Janino's Pizza is just across the street for easy take-out. Billy's Seafood, located on County Road 10 on Bon Secour River, is great for purchasing fresh shrimp, and preparation instructions are even given upon purchase. Rouse's Grocery is prevalent along the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Orange Beach, and we have one a couple of miles away on Highway 59 in Gulf Shores! You can find wonderful seafood and Louisiana specialties there! RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Fishing pier across the street THINGS TO KNOW Please note that Gulf Village has routine pest control on the fourth Thursday of each month. Guests must allow them to enter the unit to spray if this day falls on your rental time period. It is critical to keep bugs out of the building and is safe for humans. I would also like to add that the elevator is a convenience, there are times it may not function because of our close proximity to the beach and other guests misuse. We have a contract with a repair company and they will come out within 4 hours to repair it if they dont need to order parts but I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that on rare occasions it does go out. Parking notes: One parking pass will be in the unit for your arrival and a bill for this is added to your stay $40/car. Make sure that these are filled out and displayed in your vehicles at all times. """""If you need an additional pass, please let me know prior to arriving so I can have my cleaning lady leave the additional pass out and bill you for this."""""" No more than two parking spaces are allotted per unit. Parking spaces are not numbered, so park anywhere under the condo. No boats, trailers, RV's or jet skis are allowed. These may be parked at the pier entrance on the north side of the property. Paid overflow parking is available at Pier 33 down the road. This is a convenience store with a lot that allows overnight parking. Go inside Pier 33 to pay the overnight parking fee. This fee will not be reimbursed.
