Personally managed house, directly on the lake with its own beach. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2023. Directly at the house is a private beach with beach loungers and parasols for my guests. A lake terrace with various drinks (draft beer) is available to my guests. SUPs and water ski school right by the house. Bicycles are free to use. Various restaurants of various price ranges are located in the village. The space 7 beautiful LAKE apartments are located in the apartments by the lake. All apartments have a kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, TV and fridge. No mass processing, personal care is important to me. Fun and carefree holidays are guaranteed with me in the apartments by the lake. Guest access Unrestricted access to the beach (right by the house) as well as to the lake terrace (selection of different drinks in self-service) Other things to note I run a water ski school and motorboat taxi. For my house guests there is 10% off all services of my water ski school. In midsummer from mid-June to mid-September there is a small breakfast buffet for free. The rest of the time bread service is included. Golfers can enjoy a 30% green fee discount on our golf course in Dellach (5-minute walk)
