The space • 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 on the 1st floor, 1 large bedroom under the roofs with a water point) • 1 bathroom • 2 toilets (1 per floor) • Fully equipped kitchen for meals with family or friends • Cozy living room to share real moments • Free Wi-Fi, TV, baby equipment, washing machine & dryer The house is spread over 2 floors, with two bedrooms on the 1st floor and an attic bedroom on the 2nd floor. Classic stairs. House not specifically suitable for people with disabilities. Guest access Accessibility: SNCF train station 5 min walk (Tours connection in 25 min), quick access to the A85 highway. Easy parking: free parking in the immediate vicinity (Château parking lot). Perfect location to explore the Loire Valley, its castles, vineyards and walks along the Loire. Everything is in walking distance: Shops, bakeries, restaurants 2 minutes away... Sunday morning market: friendly atmosphere, local products, artisans... All parts of the house are at your disposal, except the basement cellar. Other things to note Housekeeping is included in your stay, but we thank you for: - leave the house in good condition - empty the dishwasher - take out the garbage in the containers provided - remove your belongings from the refrigerator and freezer Bathroom linens are provided: 1 large towel + 1 small towel per person. Bed linen is optional (beds made on arrival): €10/bed – to be booked in advance, if desired. You can also bring your own sheets if you prefer.
