This gîte de la belle étoile is a quiet place, ideal for workers staying. It is located at 8, route de la Belle étoile 54300 CROISMARE. It is very accessible because it is on the edge of the RD 400. It is 3 km from a supermarket and 6 km from Lunéville (a town of 20,000 inhabitants). Apartment on the ground floor (with 5 steps to climb) of an old house. One of the 2 bedrooms is separate from the rest of the apartment, but right next door, on the same landing. The space The 52 m² apartment is located on the ground floor (with a 5-step staircase). The house is old. Wooden parquet flooring. The road is quite busy during the day but not very busy at night. Heritage site: on the property, there is an old Daum glassworks. Documentation available in the apartment. Green spaces: Located on a large plot of land of more than 3 ha with fruit trees (in which it is possible to walk). It is not uncommon to see deer there. The neighbors opposite are organic farmers and they sell their vegetables on the farm. At the entrance to the accommodation there is a bay leaf and mint: you can help yourself. Pets accepted, with supplement. The door at the bottom closes with a double turn (a single turn does not close it) Smoking is possible but outside. The wifi code is on the small table at the back of the kitchen. For waste, please also use (transparent) selective sorting bags and also to put the glass aside.
