This 3 bed/3 bath home is on a quiet road in a residential neighborhood, a short drive away from Downtown Manteo. This fully stocked, quiet retreat on the water is perfect for family vacations and getaways with friends. Rest, relax and restore at this peaceful retreat! The space ★ Also offering discounted beach photo sessions, dolphin and shrimping tours (summer season) and kayak delivery/pickup to Kitty Hawk boat launch to explore Kitty Hawk Woods and see the old covered bridge (depending on availability, cash fee between $45-$75 depending on # of guests, due at meet up - 2 hour session). This home does come equipped with two of its own kayaks! The homeowner has outfitted the home with an upscale eclectic theme. World travels and experiences radiate warmth and tranquility in the colors and décor. Upon walking in through the main entrance, the home offers a large, open living room space with ample seating and waterfront views that are simply unforgettable. Natural daylight pours in and the sound views can be enjoyed by the connected kitchen and dining areas. You will find the kitchen equipped with additional appliances such as slow cooker, Instant Pot, Vitamix blender, and Nespresso Vertuo Next/Aeroccino3 milk frother. Behind the kitchen you’ll find a breakfast nook, a full bathroom, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Connected to the main living room is a sunroom that serves many purposes such as a game room, yoga space or cozy movie setup. Through the sunroom you’ll access a screened in porch with a large dining table facing the water. The porch extends to a sweeping back deck which offers a hot tub, sunny lounging, a gas grill (you provide your own propane, only a tank is provided for you to exchange), and access to the large backyard! Enjoy the waterfront views from the hot tub, games in the grass, a fire pit in the evening, swimming in the shallows, kayaking in the sound, yoga on the deck or lawn, fishing right off the bulkhead, and watching ospreys and sunsets. Back inside, down the hallway, you’ll find a game room with pool table and TV (also waterfront views). Across the hall, you will find an office perfect for adults or children working remotely. There is one bedroom upstairs that has two queen beds and breath taking sound views. Downstairs you will find a queen guest bedroom. Guests will have access to a full bathroom with tub in the main hallway. The large primary king bedroom also faces the sound with its own screened porch and seating. You can enjoy the natural daylight and views through windows spanning two full walls. There is a full private ensuite with shower + tub and ample walk-in closet space. Guest access The driveway is ideal for up to four vehicles. You cannot park on the grass, there is a septic field. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and a couple of locked owner closets. Other things to note ★ Bohemian Rhapsody is a well maintained home that we take great pride in caring for and expect our guests to do the same during their stay. We ask that if you plan to book with us, all house rules will be followed (noted in the listing and in the house binder) and you’ll leave the property as you found it. This is a home for tranquility, relaxation and memory making. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate events or parties.
