The Loft Morpeth

Please note our base rate is for 2 guests with access to 1 bedroom only (upstairs super king bed). The second bedroom (downstairs queen bed) will be locked. If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 people, please adjust the number of guests to 3 adults (selecting infants/children does not open the room as there is no charge for their stay) We are situated directly next door to Morpeth’s historical River Royal pub which offers a quiet atmosphere mid week and a social evening Fri/Sat (closes at 11pm) The space The Loft Morpeth features all the comforts of home. The loft is a fenced off two levelled, 2 bedroom property, located within 2 minute walk to the heart of the historical, fairytale town of Morpeth. Upstairs offers a spacious bedroom area with a super king bed, a large reverse cycle air conditioner and a lounge area with a 3 seater leather lounge. Our kitchen and dining area includes a breakfast bar, cooking appliances, mini fridge, large round dining table, comfortable seating and polished concrete floors. The courtyard also includes an outdoor dining table surrounded by twinkling lights and greenery. Relax in the downstairs lounge room on a large 5 seater corner lounge with a 55 inch Samsung art tv. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, carpet floors and large light filled French windows. A study nook and desk area can also be found downstairs for those needing to work with fast, reliable wifi. Downstairs you’ll find a compact modern bathroom with overhead rainfall shower head, toilet and basin (Towels and personal hygiene supplies are provided) Kitchen amenities include oven, microwave, bar fridge, electric frypan, electric cooktop, air fryer, toaster and coffee machine. The main street of Morpeth is located only one block away and can easily be reached within a 2 minute stroll. A minutes stroll to the walking track along the river and a 5 minute walk to local parks such as The Commons and Queens Wharf. Other things to note The loft is located next to a small country pub (rear) which potentially can generate some noise until 11pm on a Friday or Saturday night.
