Our lovely home away from home on the 15th Floor unit with spectacular uninterrupted Ocean, River, and City Skyline views. Enjoy the fabulous Surfers Paradise lifestyle in this spacious apartment. Walking to Surfers Paradise dining, shopping & entertainment & public trans The space In the heart of Surfers Paradise, Surfers Plaza Resort offers a beach stay with city style and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and the entertainment precinct of Surfers. The Apartment is a short stroll to the patrolled Surf Beach, Circle of Cavil and public transport. You shall not be disappointed with the location, size, comfort and luxury stay experience, the Unit offers! We no longer have onsite parking. We are directing our guests to now use Bruce Bishop Car Park which is located directly across the road from the complex. Bruce Bishop Car Parking costs are $19 a day, $47 for three days, $95 for a week or $175 for two weeks. The Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, bathroom shared with laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer), 2 Bedrooms, 1 lounge area, 1 dining area - open plan living through kitchen, lounge and dining. The Apartment is luxurious appointed and the Bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed (with TV) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Bunk Bed (Single Bunk bed with under bed - 5th guest would be using under bed) A porta cot and high chair are available for hire if required: Porta Cot: $35 per stay (with linen) High Chair: $15 per stay Please give us advance notice if you require the porta cot, high chair, and/or under bed (please ask host for fees applied with under bed). We ask that you always message through the Airbnb App to ensure we receive all your messages. There may be some restrictions in place at the time of your stay. These maybe signs throughout the Resort and we ask that you abide by the rules as set by the Resort. Bath Towels, beach towels, bathroom essentials and tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid/tables, washing machine tablets/powder (if applicable) are all part of your guest experience including free WIFI. Air-conditioning/heating, Wifi, ceiling fans, a selection of TV apps, are all for your use and comfort during your stay. Surfers Plaza Resort offers a pool, sauna, spa, BBQ & Guest areas on level 1, shared with other Guests of the Resort. Also a shared balcony on your level 15, opposite the lifts. You shall not be disappointed with the location, size, comfort and luxury stay experience, the Unit offers! Guest access We will meet you for key handover and unit information at the front of reception. As we no longer have onsite parking, you are able to park outside reception to unload then move over to the car park. We are directing our guests to now use Bruce Bishop Car Park which is located directly across the road from the complex. Bruce Bishop Car Parking costs are $19 a day, $47 for three days, $95 for a week or $175 for two weeks. You shall have full and private access during your stay. Other things to note The Apartment is privately owned and we ask that you direct any enquiries to us and not the Reception Staff. We no longer have onsite parking. We are directing our guests to now use Bruce Bishop Car Park which is located directly across the road from the complex. Bruce Bishop Car Parking costs are $19 a day, $47 for three days, $95 for a week or $175 for two weeks. Quiet hours after 8pm at night. The Building is a mix of Residents and Holiday makers and we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 8pm. Please note if the meet and greet times are after 8pm at night, there is a surcharge of $50. Aft 11pm $100. This is a NO PARTY, NO EVENTS and NO SMOKING property. We do not accept schoolies/school leavers or any guests under the age of 21 to be staying onsite without an adult over 21 who is also staying. ID will be checked if deemed necessary and guests will be refused if all guests are under 21 or if the host/owner suspects schoolie goers or school leavers. We ask that you always swim between the flags in the patrolled areas. Our beaches are beautiful and world famous, however there can be unforeseen rips in the Ocean.
