"Domus Cannas" Detached House

"Domus Cannas" (CIN IT092009C2000R4572) is a large house located in the center of the Pirri district of Cagliari, just 10 minutes from the city center by public transport, with a stop just thirty meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity you can find: a laundry, pharmacy, bar-café, market, civic market, playground, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, etc. In a few minutes you can reach the city's main and specialized hospitals (Brotzu, Ss. Trinità, Businco and Microcitemico). The space The house is located on two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom, where you can add, on request, a crib and one with two single beds (if necessary 4), equipped with a terrace, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms are air-conditioned. On the second floor there is a large living room furnished in Sardinian style, air-conditioned, with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace with a pleasant sitting area where you can relax and enjoy your aperitifs. The accommodation is equipped with free wifi. OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE, THERE IS A VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA FOR THE SAFETY OF THE ACCOMMODATION AND FOR THE PREVENTION OF ANY ILLEGAL CONDUCT OR MISCONDUCT. Guest access The entrance has two flights of stairs to access the first floor where the sleeping area is located. Two more flights of stairs follow to access the second floor where the living area is located. The house is independent and at guests' complete disposal. Other things to note The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and the living room also has a gas detector. Full linen will be provided for the entire stay, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
