The Cranberry House

This 1935 house has one word to describe it: cozy. The house has two bedrooms, but can easily fit more than four people if needed. A view of the Bretwood Gold Course, Ashuelot River, walking trails nearby, a treehouse, and backyard pool (in the summer!). French doors open to a sunroom, and light filters throughout the house. Tucked away from the bustle of downtown, yet a seven minute drive to Keene State College, restaurants, or larger department stores. Cute and Cozy! The space More pictures to come. Ask me if you want to see a part of the house not posted. Also ask about animals! I'm saying no to animals as a blanket statement, but this is potentially negotiable. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole house, including fully-useable kitchen (coffee maker and keurig included), living room, and basement (washing machine and dryer). A woodstove in the living room makes settling down on the couch easy- especially on the chilly days. Guests can take a walk down to the river to watch the fish or dip their feet in (or put in a canoe/kayak if the water is high enough), and have full access to the pool when opened for the summer. The treehouse in the side yard is definitely a bonus for kids! The porches and small master bedroom balcony are wonderful additions to look at the view and watch the sunrise/sunset. Outside grill may be used. Fenced in yard provides peace of mind! Other things to note I live in my home, so there are personal items throughout the house, such as fridge items and full drawers. If you would like to request drawer or closet space, please let me know ahead of time! The garage is fully functional, however cars have trouble getting down to it. There is plenty of parking (4-5 cars) in the front.
