First floor barn conversion located in the peaceful village of Newton Reigny, a 9 minute drive from the Lake District National Park border (lake Ullswater just 15 minutes away). The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41). The space The Hayloft is a self-contained, one bedroom, first floor barn conversion. Centrally heated by a renewable biomass boiler. There is a kitchen with an oven, electric hob, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment and a large selection of utensils. Next to the kitchen there is a sitting area where guests are able to relax by the wood-burning stove (no additional charge for wood). The TV has all freeview channels and Netflix which has a large range of films, documentaries and TV series that can be used for free. Next to the sitting area is a bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a bathroom with a large shower and a bath. The Hayloft has keyless entry so guests are able to check themselves in using the smart lock. Next to the Hayloft is a heated utility room where guests are able to dry wet and muddy clothes/boots and securely store bikes/equipment.
