The cottage is on a plot of land that includes a natural healing permaculture garden. The cottage is not rented to groups of men and groups who want to rent the cottage for the purpose of celebrations and drinking alcohol. I don't accommodate such groups. It is also not possible to come with a pet. Please note that I have a female border collie (she is decent, well-behaved and trained :-) ), which is freely released on the property all year round. If you would be bothered by her presence, do not book a stay. The cottage is not rented to families with children under 10 years of age (in exceptional cases, you can come with one child over 7 years of age). Smoking is only possible outside the cottage in compliance with all safety and fire rules. From mid-September to mid-April, guests can warm themselves in the wood-burning stove, which is available. Don't miss this romance. During the heating season, you take over the cottage already HEATED and you can maintain the fire. The next day, you will heat it yourself. If necessary, I will show you how to handle the stove. Their photo is in the photo gallery and they will easily heat the whole cottage. It's as warm as in cotton. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette. In the cottage you will find various kinds of spices, flour, salt, oils, sugar, and tea from my herbs. In summer, you can also eat my grown products (zucchini, salads, tomatoes, peppers, etc.). Alternatively, you can also eat in restaurants in the hills. The upper level floor has two small rooms. One room has two connected beds and the other room has 2 separate beds. The ceilings in the upper rooms are lower (170 cm). The upper rooms are therefore more or less only for sleeping, relaxing, reading books. The downstairs living room serves as a social room. The Internet signal is only outside the cottage, and its strength depends on what operator you have. Telekom has the best signal here. I don't provide the Internet. I built the cottage for guests who want to stay in seclusion and without the hustle and bustle of everyday life, without TV, radio and social networks. It is forbidden to bring unaccompanied persons to the property and cottage for the purpose of visiting during your stay. If for some reason you want or need someone to visit you on the property, please let me know, I will be happy to oblige. The price includes: parking at the fence in front of the entrance to the property, bed linen, towels, wood for the fireplace, clients of the Nová Zem cottage have a free relaxation pyramid available in good weather, which can be used at the agreed time. The price DOES NOT INCLUDE cleaning. The cottage must be handed over cleaned as you took it over, no later than 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. In case you do not want to clean the cottage (take off the laundry, vacuum, wash and put away the dishes, clean the stove from the ashes), I charge 45 euros for cleaning. The price is higher during the holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter). It is necessary to request a special quote.
