Each bedroom has a queen bed, workspace, dresser, closet, TV and small beverage and snack station with fridge and coffee maker. The Chrysanthemum Room on the main floor also has a private bathroom as well as a 4' door opening, and certain OPTIONAL bathroom accommodations for the elderly upon request. The three upstairs bedrooms share a spacious 5 piece bathroom with double sinks and both a shower and a clawfoot tub. There is a bright and open kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a half bath and laundry room. Enjoy watching the world go by while rocking on the front porch, or chill out on the private back covered patio and pretend the rest of the world doesn't exist. Guest access This listing is for private use of the entire house and yard. There are a few areas where personal items of the owner are stored, but it doesn't interfere with full use of the home. Other things to note While not fully ADA compliant, the The Chrysanthemum Room on the main floor has a 4' double door opening into the suite, low thresholds and open clear access to one bedside, the dresser, and the closet.
