Charming townhouse with 2 minutes walking distance to the beach ! 1st floor with 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms : queen bed and bunk beds room for kids. 4 kids max.Also washer/dryer located at level 1. Right off queen bedroom -small back yard , fenced with outdoor shower. The second floor including : 1 full bathroom, master bedroom with king bed ,kitchen , dining table and huge balcony with grill, table and water view ! Living room , sofa, love seat and 50 inch TV, DVD No rent under 25 . The space beach cottage with 50 steps to the beach. House rules: no party, no rent under 25 or students group, No construction crews, no smoking, no pets Guest access Guests receiving the welcome letter with check in instructions within few days before to arrival day. Other things to note Convinient location, close to the beach , quiet area. Supplies provided for first couple days in order for you to settle in comfortably , not for entire stay.
