The penthouse is located on the 3rd and 4 th floor (duplex) and there is an elevator till the 3rd floor. As part of its unique layout, the apartment has an internal staircase (to bear in mind for guests that have trouble navigating stairs.) The whole apartment, linen, toilet and kitchen accessories will be completely and professionally sanitized before guests arrival. Excellent and accurate cleaning all over the apartment is guaranteed. - BAGGAGE: We do not have a deposit room and cleaners do not allow luggage in the apartment until cleaning is done. If you arrive early and you want to start exploring the city luggage free, you can use one of the luggage deposits you find in the information chapter. *** ACCORDING TO ITALIAN LAW ON TOURIST RENTALS: - NO food and beverages can be provided. - COMPLIMENTARY FIRST AND ONLY BASIC SUPPLY OF sheets and towels ( 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person) and toiletries (a single dose hair / shower soap and 2 TOILET PAPER rolls) will be provided but CANNOT BE REPLENISHED during your stay (as per Italian law on tourist rentals is allowed only the first and basic supply). You will find where to purchase additional supplies, if needed, in the house book. - Please note that you are booking a short term tourist apartment and we cannot provide hotel services by law (no reception, concierge, porterage and additional supplies). - In Italy there is an obbligation to identify all guests in person at check-in and make sure that the identity documents correspond to the incoming guests, therefore you will be asked to show a valid Identity Card (for EU citizens) / Passport (for non EU citizens) upon arrival. That procedure is mandatory (as per Italian Police law) in order to let guests check-in. Guest access The whole apartment and terrace are at guests private disposal Other things to note ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: ***CHECK-IN TIME is from 4 PM (16:00) to 08:00 PM. Late check-in can be arranged only if requested in advance, otherwise not guaranteed. After 08:00 PM, without prior agreement, it will not be possible to check-in. We inform you that in Italy there is an obligation to personally identify all guests, checking that the identity documents correspond to the incoming guests, therefore we kindly ask you to respect the above check-in times, arrange an appointment with us and notify in case of delay. *** CHECK-OUT TIME is no later than 10:00 AM.
