Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, open space. Woodhall Lodge is a wooden clad brick Lodge in quiet park location. On site small fishing lake. Plenty of space. Walkable access to Whisby Nature Reserve, Lincoln Waterpark, Lincoln Golf Centre, Activities Away, Doddington Hall, hotels & restaurants. Easy access to Lincoln City & Newark via nearby but quiet A46. Two cycles available (please request on booking) with nearby access to Sustrans cycle network. Extensive Host online Guidebooks The space The large, bright, open plan living / dining area with integrated offset corner kitchen makes living here so easy. Access is via the large southwest facing furnished patio which catches the sun throughout the day & evening. The property is all on one level & built to house building standards. The interior is a high quality bungalow with wooden beam vaulted ceilings, wood floors, underfloor heating & double glazing. Fridge, electric cooker & gas hob, plenty of kitchen cupboards stocked with kitchen utensils. Main bathroom has a bath & there’s a shower in the en-suite. Guest access You have the entire property to yourselves for your stay. You have access to the small on-site fishing lake which is free to site guests . Other things to note We do welcome well behaved pets (max two). Please include them on your booking. We do an even more intensive clean after pet stays (hence the small pet fee). Please consider other guests; Although your pooch may be delightful & the joy of your life, other site users might not be so keen. Pets should be on a lead whilst on site & obviously do clean up after them. Please use the sofa throws provided if you are one of those owners who allows your small pet on sofas. One set of dog bowls is provided.
