Step into this inviting home featuring three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Master Bedroom: Relax in the luxurious master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed. Unwind after a day of exploring in the adjacent full bath, providing both convenience and privacy. Bedroom 2: Perfect for a family or a group of friends, Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen bed and an additional twin bed. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and wake up refreshed to embrace a new day of adventures. Bedroom 3: Rest comfortably in the spacious Bedroom 3, which boasts an Olympic queen bed, allowing for a restful and rejuvenating slumber. There are one self-inflating air mattress, another needs pump or 6 C batteries. 3 sleeping bags, 4 extra pillows. Bring pump or batteries for the second air mattress. "The cooling unit in the listing is a swamp cooler." The swamp cooler cools the house down within 3 minutes—it's very powerful. Experience ample space and cozy beds for a restful stay. Whether traveling solo or with companions, this delightful residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Guest access Guests can access all the inside rooms and decks. Other things to note Jacuzzi and fireplace use with prior host approval and instructions only. Deck or area beyond carport not to be used or accessed by guests without prior host approval. All children must be supervised by adults at all times. Roaming the property outside of the gravel driveway / inside of the home done so at your own risk (uneven surfaces, wildlife, poison oak etc.)
