The space The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room connected to the terrace and a bathroom. The apartment has ac with cold and heat, radiator, fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen (sheets and down duvets), tv, terrace furniture. Guest access The Urbanization Retiro Park II is located in one of the best areas in Denia: just 280m from the wonderful beach of Les Marines, and 1.5km from the center of Denia. It is a quiet, relaxed and familiar development, where tranquility and little ambient noise will make you disconnect from your day to day, and relax. If you intend to forget about the car during your holidays, this location is ideal, since just 3 minutes walk you will be on the beach, or enjoying the wonderful cocktails of Chiringuito Blay Beach, and 15 minutes walk you will be in the center of Denia, where you can enjoy endless leisure options. Upon arrival, we are happy to recommend places and options to enjoy your family with! Also, very close to the urbanization there are several supermarkets, nice restaurants and chiringuitos.
