Nestled in a quiet private beach cove, the home provides the perfect mix of privacy and accessibility, just 2.5 hours from Manila via paved roads. Medium and large vehicles are ideal, though sedans can easily make the drive too. They can help with cooking, grilling, cleaning, and general housekeeping for an additional fee. ⸻ 🌅 A KIND REMINDER   • Guests are asked to help maintain the cleanliness of our home.   • Please dry yourself before entering the house after swimming to avoid wetting the wooden floors upstairs.   • Kindly dust off sand from shoes or slippers before entering the villa.   • Please help keep our beach clean and beautiful for everyone to enjoy. Guest access Guests have full access to all 6 bedrooms, a convenient powder room, and both upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Enjoy the private swimming pool and all the comforts of the villa. Other things to note 🪪 VALID ID   • We require guests to submit a valid ID or passport after booking. ——- 🔑 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT   • Standard check-in: 2:00 PM   • Standard check-out: 11:00 AM   • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated when available, please confirm in advance. • Early check-in may be arranged depending on availability and is subject to an additional fee.   • You may extend your check-out time up to 12:00 PM for ₱1,500, provided we don’t have guests checking in after your stay.   • Kindly share your estimated arrival time so we can coordinate smoothly with our caretaker. ⸻- 🧍‍♀️ GUEST COUNT & EXTRA MATTRESS   • Your booking covers the exact number of guests stated in your reservation.   • Each additional guest is ₱1,000 per night.   • Extra mattresses are ₱500 each, only if your total guest count remains the same.    (Example: if you’re still within your paid guest count but prefer extra beds for comfort.)   • Please confirm any extra guests or mattresses with us in advance. BATHROOM • Basic toiletries are provided Shampoo, Soap and Conditioner and Towels in each bathroom. TOWELS • Towels are provided based on guest count. Extra towels can be arranged for a small additional fee upon request. 🧺 SELF-SERVICE STAY Our beach home is self-service, meaning there’s no daily housekeeping. Guests are expected to tidy up after themselves during their stay. Our caretakers provide fresh towels, soap, and shampoo upon arrival. For longer stays (over two nights), we can arrange a change of linens and towels upon request. If our caretakers aren’t immediately on-site, they may be running errands for the property, thank you for your kind understanding. 👩‍🍳 You may also hire our caretakers to help with cooking, cleaning, and general housekeeping for an additional fee. Kindly message us in advance if you’d like to arrange this service. ⸻ 🧼 CLEANING   • Please leave the unit in a tidy condition at checkout.    – Wash used dishes    – Throw away trash    – Wipe spills   • Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. ⸻ 💧 WATER & ELECTRICITY   • Our beach house uses both solar and grid power to ensure a steady electricity supply.   • In case of brownouts in the area, our solar hybrid panels help maintain essential power.   • Kindly turn off air-conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy. ⸻ 🔥 COOKING & GRILLING   • Free use of the stainless-steel charcoal grill.   • Please bring your own charcoal.   • Please clean the grill after use.   • Cooking oil, condiments, and seasonings are not provided. ⸻ 🚗 PARKING & ACCESS   • Private parking is available on the property.   • Easily accessible by paved road, SUVs and large cars are ideal, but sedans can also enter with ease.   • Our caretaker will assist with parking and entry upon your arrival. • Please avoid parking directly under mango and coconut trees.   • It’s natural for fruits to fall during the season and they can cause damage. • We won’t be responsible for any incidents, thank you for understanding and helping keep things safe. • EV Charging is not available at the property. ⚡️🔋 ⸻ 🌊 ENVIRONMENT & LOCATION   • The beach cove is peaceful and quiet, ideal for families or groups looking for relaxation.   • You may occasionally hear local animals (dogs, roosters, insects) due to the natural setting.   • We are in a safe, private residential community, not a commercial resort. 🏝️ BEACH CLEANING • We conduct routine beach clean-ups to maintain the shoreline. Kindly note that debris carried in by storms, tides, or natural ocean activity is considered a natural coastal occurrence and may appear unexpectedly. Additionally, per our homeowners’ association agreement, we are permitted to maintain only the beachfront directly in front of our home ⸻ 💦 POOL ETIQUETTE (FOR YOUR SAFETY)   • Please dry off before entering the house after swimming to avoid wetting wooden floors.   • Please do not insert hands or objects into any pool filters, vacuum pipes, or equipment.   • Always ask for assistance when turning on the water pump or pool lights. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool area. Please do not leave children unattended. Homeowners assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries or mishaps occurring in or around the pool. ⚠️ REMINDER For everyone’s safety, guests are responsible for following these guidelines. The host will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from negligence or misuse of pool facilities.
