Welcome to Serenity in Steamboat Springs, your home away from home! Serenity in Steamboat is a sunny garden level 2 bedroom condo with a view of the Howelsen Hill and Sleeping Giant. Conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood that sits above the Old Town Hot Springs and 15 minute brisk walk to downtown (all uphill on the way back!) and 7 minute drive to the the base of the mountain. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and please note that there are two small windows between two bedrooms with light curtains over them. The Sunny Room has a barn door. Our condo is most suited for families (or very VERY close friends.) You will find daily essentials in the unit - all-natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, spice, oil and cookware for a holiday meal. A small cast iron grill is on the porch for summer time, and wood burning fireplace to throw a log in the winter time. Premium front loading washer and dryer in the unit, a must have for weeklong stays (or longer... I love long term guests!) There is a parking lot next to the building, with 1 parking permit per rezy. We are always available to answer your questions about the condo or about Steamboat Springs. Fish Creek Condominiums are conveniently located above Steamboat Old Town Hot Springs. There are single track within a block connected to the Butcher Knife trail system that leads to downtown Downtown is only 15 min walk away, and you can always hop on the free bus (limited service yellow line) or drive yourself. Sorry absolutely no dogs/pets and no party. Our building has a very strict no pet policy with in-building monitoring and it is a mostly residential condo, with lots of long term residents. Please be respectful to our condo and your neighbors.
