Welcome to the Tall & Skinny, a stylish 4-story retreat with its very own rooftop hangout, just a 5-minute stroll (only 3 blocks) from the Boro’s lively downtown square. Just 2.5 miles off I-24 and only 40 minutes from downtown Nashville, this vertical gem is as convenient as it is unique. Inside you’ll find three themed bedrooms each with its own vibe: 🎀 The Dolly: a little glam, a little southern sparkle 🍸 The Gatsby: moody, luxe, and vintage 🌊 The Nantucket: light, airy, and coastal calm The space ◾ Floor 1: If entering through the garage there are no stairs (if entering from street there are 3 stairs). Room one is on the 1st floor- "The Dolly" -queen daybed -43” smart TV -dresser -attached full bathroom ◾ Floor 2: -living room: sectional, recliner, & 55" smart TV -kitchen: new appliances, fully stocked cookware, utensils & dinnerware. Seating for 6 at dining table and 2 at bar/island -office space: deal with office chair -half bathroom -balcony off living room with patio set ◾ Floor 3: Remaining 2 bedrooms & washer/dryer. Bedroom 2: "The Nantucket" -queen bed -43" smart TV -attached full bathroom/bathtub. Bedroom 3: "The Gatsby" -queen bed -43" smart TV -attached full bathroom -large walk-in shower -double sinks. ◾ Floor 4: Rooftop. -50" smart TV -two hammock swings -conversation set for 4 -bistro set for two (cushions & swings are stored in plastic storage container on the rooftop so they stay protected) 🔥 Fireplaces are for flameless candles only. They are not functioning. 🛏️ Each room has 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel. All are welcome in our Airbnbs. When you are here, you're our guest and we're so happy to host you! Guest access The entire home is available to guests. Other things to note ◾ We provide each room with two towels, two wash cloths and a hand towel. ◾ Parking: You are given access to the garage for 1 LARGE car (ie: 4Runner, F-150, Tahoe, etc) or 2 SMALLER/COMPACT cars (ie: Prius, Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla). Driveway is shared and is strictly off limits for parking. Cars parked in shared driveway will be towed at owner's expense. ◾ Street Parking: according to murfreesborotngov: "Unless posted otherwise, on-street parking is permitted provided you do not block traffic, park toward opposing traffic; or park within 5' of driveway, and within 15' of mailboxes or fire hydrants." ◾️ Kindly note that some furnishings and decorative items may differ slightly from the listing photos due to periodic updates or replacements. Rest assured, all changes are made with quality and guest comfort in mind.
