I welcome you to this spacious and charming new house located in the heart of downtown Quebec City. From here you can explore all the most beautiful attractions of Quebec City either on foot, by bus or with the electric bicycles made available to you by the Réseau de Transport de la Capitale. A two-minute walk to several restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery, you can fully enjoy neighborhood life. The space The house has 4 bedrooms. Three with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also an inflatable queen mattress at your disposal. The large kitchen includes all the tools and gadgets needed to prepare gourmet meals, from the simplest to the most complex. You will find a gas stove, two ovens (one electric and one gas), a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster oven. There is also, at your disposal, a palnoplie of appliances ranging from warmer to thermo circulator. Plus, every morning , you can make a freshly ground coffee in the fully automated machine. In the house there are three full bathrooms and a shower room. The outdoor space has 2 separate spaces. The back terrace includes a BBQ, an 8 seater hot tub, and an outdoor table. On the rooftop, you'll find a second space with a small town vegetable garden and an outdoor fire pit for the evening.
