The space This is a first floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that is modern, stylish and ready to host you for your next trip to Guyana. Each bedroom features a full size bed, armoire, and night stand along with air conditioning. The living space also has its own AC unit. The open floor plan is great for enjoying each other's company. A full kitchen and dining area accompanies the living room which has a smart TV. Guest access There is a smart lock on the entry door, guests will be issued an access code prior to arrival. Other things to note Guests are required to pay for the electricity cost during their stay. There is a meter for the apartment, readings will be taken on the day of arrival and the last day of your stay. Cost will be due in person prior to checking out. Parking is on the street if you will be using/renting a car
