You're sure to "Dune It Right" for your next Destin trip with our central location, perfect for up to 6 guests! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo is directly across from the community pool, and less than a 3 minute walk to your toes in sand at our gated beach access! Big Kahuna's Water Park is right across the street and you can easily enjoy a walk to food, shopping, and everything quintessential to Destin at "Dune It Right" - St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! The space "Dune It Right" is one of the best kept secrets in Destin! The location can't be beat- you're a 2 minute walk from the front door to our gated beach access right over some gorgeous sand dunes into the sugar white sandy beach! Guests can enjoy the community pool (sorry, not heated) directly in front of our building, charcoal grills throughout the complex, and the ease of access having a first floor unit with no stairs & parking right in front of the condo. For those coming to explore: there are shops, restaurants, Big Kahunas, and even grocery stores within walking distance! As you enter our complex, you'll find your vacation destination in one of the first buildings on your right, and can park right in front of the unit (Parking fees of $20 per vehicle per stay are required for up to 2 vehicles). With keyless entry, you'll find arrival a breeze. You'll walk into our living area, complete with a comfy couch, SmartTV with cable provided for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Entry to the small patio with seating for two, to have a spot to sip your beverage of choice with a hint of a breeze of that desired salty air! Back inside, the dining area with a small table and seating for 4 is perfect for eating in. The kitchen is nicely remodeled with stainless appliances, granite counters, regular drip coffee pot, Keurig, dishes, cutlery, bakeware, crock pot, griddle, waffle maker, and more! We even offer plastic dishes and silverware for kids. Right off the living room area, we offer a stackable washer and dryer for guest use. This is always a "must have" for those that don't want to bring home wet swimsuits and sandy belongings! Down the hall, the first bedroom on the right is perfect for a few friends, the kids, or even a small family if you're coming with a split group. This room has a queen bed, a twin over queen bunk bed, Roku enabled TV, and a small closet for storing any belongings. A private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo makes this a great space. Lastly, the master bedroom is at the end of the hall, offering a queen bed, SmartTv with cable, a small closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and stand up shower. A few important things to keep in mind: -Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival & we attempt to catch every detail. If something needs attention upon check-in, please notify us ASAP so that we can properly address the issue. -We supply all linens for your stay. Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of INITIAL amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay -Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well. -Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time. -Smoking is not permitted in the condo or near the building at any time. -We do not host bookings for ages 25 and younger at any time. -We are NOT pet friendly at this location. -We are NOT beachfront, but we do have a gated beach access at this location (less than 2 minute walk, no crossing busy highways). -This is a mixed community with residential & short term guests alike. We ask that guests be respectful of those that choose to also vacation or live in the complex and be aware of noise or any other disturbances that may affect the quality of your stay or someone else's!
