Fresh and very beautiful semi-detached house in a bright and modern style with a cozy atmosphere. Here, you are welcomed by an open living room with a dining area, kitchen island, and seating area. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with a total of 10 beds. The enclosed patio with a seating area and dining space is just as pleasant for breakfast as it is when the sun sets behind the trees. The private backyard features a lush finish and a small sun deck. The space Hallway Bright and open hallway with plenty of storage space for your shoes and jackets. Laundry Room Directly adjacent to the entrance is the laundry room, equipped with a sink and washing machine. Note: Only included for weekly rentals or stays longer than one week. Bathroom 1 Toilet and shower area with tiled walls, equipped with a rain shower. Kitchen A well-equipped prep kitchen with utensils for cooking and serving. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and air fryer are some of the included appliances. A dishwasher is also available! Living Room and Dining Area The living room opens directly from the hallway and includes a TV corner, a large dining table with seating for the entire group, and a kitchen island. Note: Updated pictures with all seating included will be provided soon. Sunroom An enclosed sunroom with south-facing, openable window sections and a small sun deck outside. Includes a dining area and a cozy seating corner, perfect for dinners as well. Note: Pictures will be added shortly. Bathroom 2 Spacious area with a toilet and shower. Tiled and equipped with a rain shower. Bedroom 1 Comfortable sleeping arrangements with a continental bed (180 cm) as well as a bunk bed with two additional sleeping spots. Includes access to a wardrobe and mirror. Bedroom 2 This room also features a continental bed (180 cm) and a bunk bed with two sleeping spots. It includes a wardrobe and mirror. Bedroom 3 A double bed (180 cm) with a memory foam mattress ensures a comfortable night’s sleep here as well! This is the smallest of the bedrooms and may be best suited for couples without children or for older children wanting their own space. The room includes a dresser, clothing rack, and mirror. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire property, including the garden, except for the storage room, garage, and walk-in closet on the upper floor. The laundry room is only included for stays of at least 7 nights. In the waste cabinet near the storage room, we keep outdoor toys that you are welcome to borrow for your children.
