Soak up the RV "camping" lifestyle in this private countryside farm. Take a dip in the pool, have a campfire, or sit out and enjoy the sunset and stars. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill) and enjoy the pool! The space We live on 3 acres centrally located between Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The RV is fully stocked and has all the amenities you will need. The RV is in the country and has views of the Sierra Mountain Range just on the horizon above our pasture. Very safe and secure location. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the pasture, check out the neighborhood farm animals or sit at the patio table and enjoy your favorite libation. This place is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. **the 6 guest maximum means 2 people per bed. There is a queen in the master and double sized bunks (best for kids or small adults) Yosemite = 63 miles Kings Canyon National Park = 52 miles Sequoia National Park = 52 miles Shaver Lake = 39 miles China Peak Ski Resort = 57 miles Huntington Lake = 60 miles Pacific Ocean = 153 miles Clovis Community Hospital = 1.4 miles City of Fresno = 4.9 miles Old Town Clovis = 4.2 miles Guest access Guests have access to the area all around the RV. Patio table and chairs, pasture, etc. We only ask that you give the other RV guests their space and privacy. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 in the backyard without adult present). Backyard light switch is on the pole next to the Traeger BBQ. There are no pool hours. Make yourself at home. **Please remove all toys from pool after swimming. The pool equipment runs at night and gets clogged with items left in the pool. No glass in backyard please! Other things to note Making your stay AWESOME is our goal! We will do anything to earn your 5 star review! If you have any issues or need something that isn’t provided, please let us know! We will take care of it! This is a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. The is no traffic or crime out here here in the country. We are minutes from multiple hospitals. The unit is being cleaned and sanitized after each stay in accordance with the Covid-19 cleaning guidelines. We also have another RV for rent on the property.
