It is located in the Chester Golf Course Membership area, only 5 minutes from Chester center, Chester Playhouse or Yacht Club, 10 minutes from Queensland Beach, 10 minutes to Mahone bay, Lunenburg, and 40 minutes from downtown Halifax. Great location for day trips nearby saltwater beaches, Peggy's Cove, Annapolis Valley, Hubbards Farmer's Market, etc. The space This is a duplex house - the house has two living units attached to each other. Each unit has its own entrance. The guest unit uses front main entrance door, and the other unit is reserved for the host with an access door in the backyard. The parking lot, front yard and waterfront deck are for guest use only. Host spaces include their units and backyards. Most of the time, guests may not be able to see the host as they either don't live there or stay in their space. The driveway is shared by guests and host. Guest access The parking lot, front yard and waterfront deck are for the guests use exclusively. Other things to note For security reasons, all guests are required to be registered. Without permission, unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed to access this property.
