Experience Old Florida in this cute upstairs condo located a half mile from the beach (Cherie Down Park), less than a mile from the Banana River (Manatee Sanctuary Park) and less than two miles from Port Canaveral. The Canaveral Breakers condo complex is a small 30-unit community that does require a 3 month minimum rental and pets are not allowed. The space The condo is a true 1 bed/1 bath upstairs unit with a pullout couch (board games are located in storage compartment in the chaise section of the couch). Full size kitchen appliances with an assortment of cookware and dishes. Guest access You will be given a code at the time of check in that can be used throughout your stay and a set of keys will be provided inside the unit. Other things to note 15 minute walk to the beach (per maps, it never takes me that long). You will have access to parking space #22 and you are welcome to use unmarked or guest parking spots around the building.
