Le Cordeloup is a carefully renovated house full of character, where the old stones interact with a resolutely contemporary interior, nestled in the heart of one of the largest Regional Natural Parks in France, the Livradois-Forez. Adjoining a second cottage and the owners' house, it benefits from a fully enclosed common land of 600 m² (6,500 sqf). Calm, serenity, and nature await you, close to heritage sites and exceptional landscapes. The gîte consists of the following on the first floor: - A bright living room with an open kitchen - A terrace with access from the living room - A toilet On the ground floor: - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a private terrace - A bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a shower room and a private terrace Outside, the enclosed land of 600 m² is shared with the neighboring gite and the owners: swings for children and a shared private pool for leisure time. Parking is available. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of complete baby equipment upon request: baby bed, high chair, bathtub and babycook. The cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding nature. Discover the fauna and flora through numerous walks, especially in the Forest of the Comté, the largest oak forest in Auvergne, a delight for young and old. The heritage is just as rich: Issoire and its Romanesque abbey church as well as its Clock Tower are well worth a visit.
