Le Cordeloup

The space Stay in the heart of one of the largest Regional Nature Parks in France, the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, in this house of character, renovated in a contemporary spirit combining modernity and old stones. It's called the Cordeloup, like the dormant volcano that you can admire from the window of the cottage. The house, adjoining another gîte for 6 people and the owners' secondary house, is located on a fully enclosed common land of 600 m². You will appreciate the calm and serenity of the place, from which walks in nature will delight young and old. Discover the fauna and flora through many walks, including in the Comté Forest, the largest oak forest in Auvergne. Don't miss the discovery of Issoire, its abbey and its Clock Tower. Not far from the gîte, go back in time and visit the Château d'Aulteribe to discover a beautiful collection. The gîte offers you on the 1st level a living room with open kitchen and large terrace with panoramic view, toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 cm), shower room. The owners provide complete baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub and baby cook). Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace. The land is equipped with swings and a private pool shared with the second gîte and the owners. Parking is available. Electric heating €40/week.
