A NICE House in a Very SAFE Neighborhood!!

Very nice house in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in Memphis. I-40 is a few minutes and Wolfchase Galleria mall is less than 10 minutes away from my house. Great for a family of five or a couple with two or three children. I have a good size backyard with a trampoline. Walmart and Aldi are less than 5 min drive for your grocery needs. Downtown is 22 min away. Fast food restaurants are about 4 min away. The garage and the closet in the master bedroom are locked. New pictures coming soon. The space My house sets between Memphis and Bartlett. Even though my address is a Memphis address, Bartlett is behind my backyard. I usually shop in Bartlett Kroger and Aldi. Guest access The guest will have access to three bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the backyard and the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Basically the whole house except one closet in the master bedroom and the garage. Those two spaces will be locked.
