Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property and are welcome to explore the surrounding farmland and fields as long as dogs are kept on leads. Other things to note Please note: Dogs are allowed at a cost of £25 per pet per stay. (Airbnb will only allow you to add one dog so a separate payment request will be sent once the booking is confirmed) The property may not be suitable for elderly people or with poor mobility due to the steep spiral staircase and two steps to the down stairs bedroom. There are stair gates but please also consider the nature of the staircase if booking with young children. Both bathrooms are downstairs and are wet-rooms. Floor will be slippery when wet, please use mats provided. No upstairs bathrooms. This is a rural, rustic cottage in the countryside not a 5 star luxury hotel.
