The property is the entire 2nd floor of the duplex and the perfect place to relax after exploring the city! The space The entire space is private for guest use only. Guest access Keypad entry locks to enter the living space, along with secure garage access. Other things to note We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! No parties or large gatherings. Only those included on the reservation are allowed in the space. Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. Absolutely NO pets allowed. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay. If something is broken or damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests. Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. No grease in the sink! No Parties: This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests. A noise detector is installed in the living room to alert us if a party is taking place. I will give 1 warning, but will ask you to leave and not refund your stay if it happens a 2nd time. Friendly reminder - please be respectful of the long-term tenants on the first floor Garage: Make sure to lock the side garage door and always keep the garage door closed Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces.
