Newly finished luxury villa with an extensive pool with waterfall and pool bar, tables, chairs, chaise longues and beach umbrellas, outdoor showers, waterfall, kitchen with industrial stove, gas BBQ, basketball court, children's play area, 3 domino tables, billiard area, 2 multi-purpose bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen in the pool area, campfire area, professional sound, 24/7 security and parking for more than 100 vehicles The space Inside the house: 1ST LEVEL: - Large disco bar with 65" TV, professional sound with DJ booth, bar with freezer and lights that also functions as an events and conference room. -Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar for 6 people, microwave, cutlery, glassware, utensils and more. - 1 Master bedroom with 3 Queen Size Beds + en-suite bathroom and Walk-in closet. -Dining room for eight people - Living room 2ND LEVEL: -7 Luxury rooms of which 6 have their own en-suite bathroom and Walk-in closet. Bedrooms setting: Rooms #2 and #3 have 3 full/full cabins each, room #4 has 4 full/full cabins, rooms #5 and #6 have 3 queen size beds each, and rooms #7 and #8 have 4 queen size beds each. -The rooms currently only have a ceiling fan and 2 have portable air conditioning. -5 of the rooms have direct access to the balcony and 2 of these to the second level terrace that has chairs, rocking chairs and a spectacular view of the pool area and exterior. -On the second floor there are also two terraces. Guest access We have direct access to the Guanuma River from the property. All spaces are available to our guests. Other things to note Our accommodation has a total capacity for 74 guests comfortably in beds, however, from 16 to 30 guests pay 30 dollars per additional person per night of stay. If you are a group of 30 to 74 guests, you pay $25 per additional person per night. If you take 2 nights, depending on availability, we can have a longer schedule for your enjoyment. We also accept stays from 9:00am to 7:00pm $350 for groups of up to 20 people, and an additional $15 per person. Children 5 to 10 years old $10 and children under 5 years old free. The stays do not include the use of the house but you have at your disposal the outdoor area in general, including the kitchen with industrial stove, utensils and BBQ, event room and others. -It is very important that you bring all your consumables, such as food and drinks for your entire stay because there are no supermarkets nearby.
