Additional Boat and Dock Information Parking • The entire roadway within Boucherie Beach is considered a fire lane • NO PARKING ON THE ROADWAY or you will risk being fined and/or towed for restricting access for emergency vehicles • Any city fines issued due to blocked access for emergency vehicles will be passed on to the owner of the offending vehicle/trailer • Parking of boat trailers is not permitted anywhere on property Boat Dock • No fueling or mechanical maintenance of boats or watercraft is permitted on the dock • Please respect your neighbours – do not block walkways • No overnight visitor tie ups • No unattended tie ups of floaties, tubes etc. Boat Lifts • Boat lifts have a maximum load capacity of 6500lbs • Please be aware of the weight of your boat including fuel, gear, and passengers • A full tank of gas, gear and passengers can easily push the overall weight of your boat 1000+lbs over the dry weight • Users of boat lifts assume all liability associated with it and will be responsible for any damage to the lifts, the dock, their boats, or other boats resulting from bad boating practices or lift failure • To reduce stress on the lifts, consider loading/unloading your passengers and gear at the end of the dock and not while on the lift NO PETS for short-term guests. Pets are subject to approval for guests who stay with us over 90 days. The Outdoor Heated Pool and hot tub are seasonal. They are available through Thanksgiving.
