The space For the comfort of our guests, the property includes: - Decorated open-concept space integrating living room, dining room, and kitchen. - 1 Suite with a double bed and wardrobe. - 1 Bedroom with a single bed and an extra single bed. - 1 Bedroom with a single bed and an extra single bed. - Living room with a sofa and TV. - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pots, dishes, and utensils. - Dining room with a table and 6 chairs. - 1 Bathroom. - Spacious balcony with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone). - Wi-Fi available. - 2 covered parking spaces. The apartment is located in a condominium with excellent infrastructure. NOTE: Please be advised that there is ongoing construction next to the property, which may cause noise during the day. NOTE: The children's playground is temporarily unavailable for use. * The included cleaning is done only at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, as well as bed linens for the number of guests indicated. Towel changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
