This newish architectural designed home is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your family and friends. Everything you need is within walking distance: Waihi village, supermarket, café, pub, pharmacy, and the main surfing beach which is about 6-8 mins walk. Our home offers 4 bedrooms; 7 beds and is great catered for families. A ducted aircon system is fitted with zoned setting for your comfort; a modern kitchen with coffee machine; 2 x 65inch TVs and a kids playground just outside. The space A spacious new build with high ceiling and 4 rooms. All appliances, beds, mattresses and bed linen, duvets and blankets are newly purchased to provide you luxury and comfort. A ducted aircon system comes with separate room control so you stay cool in summer and warm in winter. A new kids’ play ground opposite the house so you can still keep an eye on your little ones from home lounge when they are playing outside. A big north-facing decking area with a large dining table caters up to 10-12 people and sun lounges is set to provide you the perfect afternoon with family and friends for a barbecue and cold brew. A full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge produces ice that just the perfect add on. Unlimited Wi-Fi Fibre Connection. An outdoor hot water shower and 4 car spaces parking at the front of the house. This house comes with two separate living and two 65inch TVs. The second living room can easily turn into a bedroom with one step folding sofa bed. Nearest beach access: Ayr Street, Waihi Beach. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the whole house and back patio area during your stay except some locked cabinets; no other parts of the property will be used by owners or other guests. Other things to note Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in nightly rate. Beach towels are not provided, we ask that guests would bring their own beach towels and please do not use the bathroom towels outdoors. The base rate is for up to 6 people. We can accommodate larger groups up to a maximum of 10. There is a small nightly charge per extra person over 6 guests to cover costs. The bunk bed is more suitable for children; therefore is more comfortable to host guests up to 10 with adults no more than 8. Security cameras - cameras next to the garage overlook the front and drive way. BBQ – Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, however, please clean it up after use as otherwise will be a surcharge by the cleaner. Coffee Machine – Guests are welcome to use the Coffee machine, please bring your own capsules. Parking – Front of the house. There are 4 car spaces at the front house. Garage is for storage only. We take our responsibility as hosts seriously and 5 stars rating is always our goal. Our cleaners do an amazing job however on rare occasions things can get missed or forgotten; please contact us immediately if you have any issues so we can rectify it as soon as possible.
