The Happy Hangout is close to Pinehurst (10 min), Southern Pines (10 min), Camp McKall (15 min), the Carolina Horse Park (20 min) and Fort Liberty (Bragg) (45 min). Our house is pet-friendly. The pet fee is $25 per stay and is included if you indicate during booking that you will be bringing a pet. The space Discover our charming 2-bed, 1-bath home, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a delightful fully fenced-in backyard featuring a deck, patio furniture, and a convenient gas grill. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed (can also be set up as 2 Twin XL beds). The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds (can also be set up as 1 King-size bed). Entertainment is at your fingertips with TVs in the living room and the master bedroom, while the laundry room provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi during your delightful stay at The Happy Hangout. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and the fully fenced-in backyard. Other things to note Pet-Friendly Haven: At The Happy Hangout, we understand that your furry family members are important too. That's why our house is proudly pet-friendly! Bring your four-legged companions along for the adventure and enjoy their company in our fully fenced-in backyard. We even offer a pet fee of $25 per stay, which is included when you indicate during booking that you'll be bringing your pet. Insects & Wildlife North Carolina & the Sandhills, like many places, are home to various insects and wildlife. While we conduct regular pest control and inspections, we can't guarantee that one of these little creatures won't find their way into the house every once in a while – especially when door and/or windows are left open. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a random spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a grasshopper, a cricket, an ant… in the house, but please let us know, so we can take care of the issue immediately.
