The cross-country ski facility Ustedalsfjorden is located right next to the apartments. Excellent for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. Common ski waxing room with possibility of prepping skis. The city center is about 500m away from the apartment so there is no stress without a car. Nice view of the city center and the ski slopes. The space We have a hallway with plenty of space to hang clothes and shoes. The living room has a TV, sofa, dining table, sound board and blackout curtain. The kitchen has everything you need to make a good meal. It has integrated appliances and includes: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher. The bedrooms have room for two people, both have good closet space for clothes and other miscellaneous equipment. The balcony has a large and good sofa, where you can enjoy good evenings outside, under a heat lamp that hangs on the wall. In the bathroom we have shower, washing machine/dryer and good light in the mirror above the sink. In order to limit unnecessary power consumption, we greatly appreciate if these simple rules are followed: - Take short showers - Do not leave lights on unnecessarily - Do not leave the window open while the heating is on. Guest access With us you will have access to TV and internet as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. Other things to note Bed linen is not included in the price, if this is to be rented, contact must be made in advance or upon arrival and a sum of NOK 100 per set will have to be paid.
