West Barn is a brand new barn style house built to replicate a barn that once occupied the site, but was too dilapidated to be converted. The result is a unique, light filled home with extraordinary eco credentials, that pays homage to its roots with the industrial architecture, but has been designed as a comfortable, luxurious home. It's perfect for family getaways, with plenty to entertain children, but also a luxury break for friends or couples. Located in the Dart valley, half way between Dartmoor and the South Devon coast it's the ideal location to explore all that South Devon has to offer. It's also minutes from the Dartington Hall Estate and the medieval market town of Totnes. The house has a private entrance, parking with free overnight electric charging and a garden with amazing views up the Dart Valley. The double height space has been decorated with a mixture of new, vintage and bespoke pieces that complement the unique industrial style architecture creating a laid back, comfortable, beautiful living environment. The well equipped chef’s kitchen forms the heart of the barn, a perfect spot to gather at the end of a day exploring the Dart Valley. West Barn is one of a kind.
