Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with private front door entrance and off street parking. This 4 bedroom/2 bath is located close to Batavia Downs, 6 Flags Darien Lake, restaurants, shopping, groceries, golf courses, Letchworth State Park and less than an hour to Highmark Stadium with quick access to the NYS thruway. There is another Airbnb unit in our home with separate entrance and no shared walls. The patio with pool/hottub/ fire pit and grill are shared spaces between the two units when both happen to be occupied. We’re available for any questions or concerns during normal hours.
