La Casa di Sophie is the ideal accommodation for the family or couple who want a few days of relaxation at the lake. It is a 3-minute walk to the lake, with beach and bike path and about 10/12 minutes walk to Arona station, directly connected to Milan. ATTENTION: since the house is located on a main road, convenient for all services, it is NOT isolated and quiet like a house in the countryside, it is on a main road and there may be noise related to the road. The space The house consists of a large living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV, and a comfortable dining/work table with 6 seats. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, which also has a microwave and a pod coffee maker; of course, all the necessary dishes are available. There is an anteroom with a coat rack and after this, there is the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and bright with a very large shower with glass wall. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. The bedroom is the largest room in the house so you can sleep well. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal, possibly also the front part where there is a small corner of lawn for the needs of any four-legged friends. On the back of the house, always available to guests, there is a covered porch and finally a large garden with synthetic lawn, umbrella and outdoor seating.
