This particular room features a shared bathroom with one other occupant, ensuring maximum convenience and comfort. Additionally, our newly remodeled kitchen boasts brand new appliances, providing all the amenities necessary for preparing delicious meals. Please note that our space does not include a living room, as we prioritize the creation of a co-living community that encourages social interaction and outdoor activity. The house has central AC/Heating and we set the temperature to 70 degrees throughout the year. We also have coin operated laundry on site. The kitchen is shared and this particular bathroom is shared with only one other bedroom of the house.
