Relax with your family or large group in this lovely 2-story home. Lots of amenities: full-sized washer and dryer, a playroom for kids with games, a well-appointed kitchen for cooking/baking, a selection of coffee/teas, a backyard with seating and games, free wifi, and a smart tv with a Fire stick. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood with a playground, sand volleyball court, and soccer fields. Pets are welcome with notice and payment of pet fee. Limit 3 pets. Notify if it is Emotional Support pet. The space There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom upstairs has bunk beds and a full-sized bed and is across the hall from the bathroom. The bedroom facing the street has a king-sized bed. The bedroom at the back of the house has a queen-sized bed. The bedroom downstairs has a full-sized bed and is across the hall from the 1/2 bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa with blankets and pillows in the closet of the playroom. The washer and dryer are in the basement. Laundry supplies are provided. The playroom has French doors so you can close them to minimize noise. It is filled with a pretend stove/oven, cupboard with plates and bowls, cleaning supplies, a doll high chair, kid's rocking chair, wooden cars and trucks, a small table with stools. In the cabinet behind the door are a selection of games, puzzles, and coloring books and crayons. Wine glasses and pilsner glasses are provided. For smaller children, plastic cups, bowls, plates, and eating utensils are in a kitchen cabinet. I make sure to have a selection of organic fruits and food bars on the dining room table. The kitchen has some spices, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt& pepper, various teas, ground coffee & coffee beans with a grinder, honey, foil, wax paper, storage bags, and all the small appliances you could need--waffles, anyone?! Backyard has seating, a cornhole game, and a basketball hoop. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house--complete privacy. It is 2 floors and a basement. The backyard is partially fenced. Other things to note Happy to accommodate earlier check-ins and later check-outs if possible. As it is happening more and more, there will now be a charge for every hour you want to be in earlier. If you would like to leave your car(s) at the house and walk the neighborhood or town, please let me know. Down the road is PrairieWind--a privately-owned space that is open to the community. There are trails, soccer fields, an outdoor "living room", and an area with a slackline, balance beams, etc to burn off some energy. Closer to the house is a large field for soccer, baseball, or whatever. Across the street from that field is a playground with swings, a slide, monkey bars, and a sand-filled volleyball court. There is no cleaning fee and no check-out "chores". I live close so it's not inconvenient to come over for assistance. Please be respectful of the neighborhood. Keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after them. (Per Viroqua city ordinance)
